How to Request Account Deletion

Step 1: Open the Ace Physics app and go to Profile tab.

Step 2: Scroll to Delete Account, expand it, and enter your password and confirmation text.

Step 3: Tap Delete Account. Your account enters a 30-day grace period.

Alternatively, send an email to AcePhys@outlook.com from the email address registered with your account. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

What Data Is Deleted

Your email address, username, and password hash
Your learning progress (knowledge tree completion)
Your answer history and wrong answer records
Your uploaded problem images and photo solve records
Your usage data (daily study minutes, streak)

What Data Is Retained (and for how long)

30 days: Account data is soft-deleted for a 30-day grace period. You can restore your account in the app during this time.
After 30 days: All personal data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
Anonymized, non-personal usage statistics may be retained for research purposes.

Google Sign-In Users

If you signed in with Google, deleting your Ace Physics account does not delete your Google Account. To revoke Ace Physics's access to your Google Account, visit Google Account Permissions.
